Symbiote Wolverine is a boss appearing in Spiderman: Web of Shadows.
After defending the church from some symbiotes, four symbiotes berserkers tried to bring down the survivors carrier. Wolverine, in an heroic act, sacrifices himself for the safety of the survivors and the symbiotes begin to bit him several times, infecting him in the process, when Spiderman comes to his aid, Wolverine is now fully transformed into powerful symbiote with the ability to create a symbiotic armor with claws to protect himself, when Spiderman is about to be smashed by the church's bell (Wolverine threw it at him) Spiderman counters the attack and throws back the bell to Wolverine but he easily break it apart. When Spiderman finally beat him (Depending of your choice) Spiderman will save him and Wolverine will be Spiderman ally again. But if the player chooses the non-canon black ending, Spiderman will rip him in half and leave him for SHIELD to pick him up, while he becomes even more powerful by the symbiote that he just got from Wolverine.
