Symbiote Black Cat (Black Ending) is an alternate Black Cat who appears in Spider-Man: Web of Shadows if the player chooses to infect Black Cat with Spider-Man's symbiote.

Black Cat bonded to part of Spider-Man's symbiote
After the canon Symbiote Black Cat is defeated, leaving Felicia gravely injured & barely conscious, the player is offered a choice: carry her to MJ so she can receive medical attention from S.H.I.E.L.D.(Canon Red Ending), or infect her with a piece of Spider-Man's symbiote to revive her(Non-Canon Black Ending). If the player chooses the Black Suit option, Black Cat adopts a new symbiote look more akin to her usual costume, but with cutouts along the chest in the rough shape of a Venom spider insignia.
Should the player achieve the Black Suit ending to the game after infecting Felicia, Spider-Man will rule over the symbiote hordes with her at his side, whereas in a Black Suit ending where Felicia was turned over to S.H.I.E.L.D. he will rule alone. Should the Red Suit ending be achieved after infecting her, Spider-Man will attempt but fail to call MJ and explain himself.
In a Black Suit ending scenario, she will be seen along with the other villain allies assisting Spider-Man in the assault on the symbiote forces aboard S.H.I.E.L.D.'s helicarrier.
